Specialty Vehicle Storage

I am currently working with a rural family to set up a storage operation where rates are low, storage is indoors, on concrete, in a fully finished, insulated building with heat and power ventilation. Heat will probably not be requested but the building can provide it. The location is south-west of Camrose near Highway 21. We have just started advertising on Kijiji. I am storing vehicles there myself and volunteered to help them organize this.

The building is quite large (8,400 sq. ft.), is very secure with the family living on-site, and can easily accommodate up to 30 cars that could come and go without disturbing others. It would hold lots more but we don't want the sardine can approach. We could also take boats (cost based on length), tent trailers, bikes etc. All must be running or rolling. The only restriction is the door height which is 7', and the ceiling height which is 8'. For cars and light trucks this is no problem.

We are offering storage on an annual or seasonal basis. Winter storage would begin around October 15 and end around April 15. Your cost as AMCA members would be $315.00 for the entire 6 month period, paid up front. Similarly, if you wanted your own personal spot on an annual basis it would be yours for $500. Note that the quoted price has been discounted 10% for you as club members.

The site is close to Edmonton, especially Sherwood Park, Leduc and the communities south along Hwy 21, as well as Camrose. It is also close to Wetaskiwin, Ponoka, Lacombe and points west or east of Hwy. 21. I won't disclose the exact location for security reasons.

If you're interested, you can call John McEwan, but we'll still need to exchange information by email. My numbers are 780-444-4646 or cell 780-915-7335.
