1965 Rambler Classic 770 Convertible - $18,500.00

I originally brought this ‘Classic’ into Canada from Texas in 2006 to add to my collection. I have never registered nor licenced it for the road in Canada. I have all of the paperwork required for the import which shall be transferred to the new owner via a Bill Of Sale.
One of approximately 5000 Classic 770 Convertibles produced, it is in fantastic condition but it is not ‘concours’ – one repaint and new(er) convertible top (prior to my purchase), in the very desirable P3A Antigua Red it has the white top/ white boot, white vinyl interior colour combination. It is equipped with the split bench, fully reclining front seat as well. With a little more TLC she would be a show stopper at any cruise night/ local car show.
A rather rare example, this unit is equipped with the 287 cu in (198hp) V8 engine and the 3-speed on-the-tree automatic transmission. With 56776 miles on the odometer, she is sure to provide many more miles of cruising fun – top up or down!
I have changed out the original steel wheels and tires for American Racing Torque Thrust 15” Wheels and BFGoodrich T/A Radials (P205/60R15 Front & P255/60R15 Rear) although I do have the original wheels and tires I bought the car with as well as the original full aluminum ‘knock-off spinner’ wheel covers – all will go with the vehicle. Other additional accessories include a 1965 Rambler Classic Shop Manual, a few trim pieces, additional tail lights and lenses and a few other ‘bonus’ items.
I had an appraisal done on the vehicle back in 2016 for insurance purposes. It appraised at $21,500.00 by the reputable Appreciated Vehicle Appraisal.
